Calling Any Tennessee Teams!
 

I know on the FIRST page there says there are two of you out there -- one not so far from me out here in Knoxville. I was kinda hoping that someone from one of my fellow Tenneseeans were browsing the forums and might give me a holler :) I'm going nuts here in Knox without a FIRST team (343 - luv ya guys, but you know what I mean... I miss the shop and the people - half the FIRST experience!) and was thinking about maybe joining up with one of ya next season, or maybe working to start a new one here in East Tenn.

Anywho if you are out here on the forums, drop a reply or email me at dakrebel@volstate.net (or heck, I'm almost always on AIM - Rebel39SPT)... I'd love to talk to some FIRST nuts in my new state! :cool:

Team 547 was the first FIRST team in Tennessee. We are located in Lincoln county in the town of Fayetteville. This is quite a ways from you. I am a fan of 343 myself.

This is only my second year in FIRST and I can understand the "withdrawl" pains.

This is my 5th year in FIRST, and I have to say, even though you are well west of here, it's nice to not feel quite so alone in this state :) Do you guys go to any post season comps at all?
