Two FLL forums?

I just noticed that there are two FIRST Lego League forums. Is there a reason for that? One is ChiefDelphi Forums > Other > FIRST-related Organizations > FIRST Lego League. The other is ChiefDelphi Forums > Other > FIRST Lego League. They are forum IDs 115 and 130 respectively.
