Capoeira
 

So, out of interest, is any of you nerds (don't get me wrong, I love nerds :p ) into Capeoira or heard of it?

A rapidly growing community, Capoeira is a martial art from Brazil based around powerful music and almost dance/like moves and also intense martial artsy ones.

Always good to find other people into it. w00t

yes Genia... i have tried it... its hard... and i hurt my back... i had to do this for our international club... if anyone doesnt know what Capoeira is... its time for you to find out... :)
