I love that skit so much. Every time I hear "don't fear the reaper" I can't help but think of it. Will Ferrell is hilarious.

I'll bet no one here (other than a few engineers) know who Bruce Dickinson really is. I'm sure with Google or Yahoo you can find out in a few seconds, but I'd be interested to find out who knew who he was before doing a web search.

Here's a hint: he is in the music industry, but he's not a famous producer. Let's just say that when I was groing up, I was one of the biggest Bruce Dickinson fans around.

Music never dies, it only ferments.

Some of us are major music fans, however, and DO know who the Bruce Dickinson really is, and number him amoung the best of the beast. ;)

Ok...

I found this *site* on the internet that sells *unacceptable* teeshirts, now im not promoting the site, but since this shirt is about this subject, here it is...

"We’re just like you- we put our pants on one leg at a time. But after those pants are on, we make awesome t-shirts. You’ve got a fever, baby. And the only prescription is to buy this shirt."
More Cowbell

Wetzel

Cool, someone did know.

For those who haven't deciphered Wetzel's words, Bruce Dickinson is (and was in the 80's during their heyday) the lead singer of Iron Maiden.

For some reason, I can't see Christopher Walken as the lead singer of Iron Maiden... ;)

Yes, Christopher Walken played "Bruce Dickinson" in the skit, but the "real" Bruce Dickinson is not played by Christopher Walken ;)

Actually...according to this website, Bruce Dickinson was (and most likely still is) a producer for Sony. I think you've got the wrong Bruce...

In any case, CD has now truly arrived on the internet. After all, every forum needs a "More Cowbell!" thread... ;)
