Maybe because, this topic is Very cool? creating robots to run underwater would be an amazing experience. if i get a chance, i would love to do it.

When i went to FIU (Florida Internatioinal University) for some presentations, they were explaining how they do this Underwater vehicle projects. seems pretty cool... :)
