Are drivers from another school allowed to drive a different school's robot during a competition if the latter school cannot participate for unusual circumstances? in other words, do drivers for a certian robot have to attend that school, or can they be a non-student of that particular school?

Official Answer:
According to the original membership definition from the formation of the league (League Structure documentation), the school determines the team membership from the students ENROLLED in their school.

The answer then is "No".
