Yes,
I had a lot of fun naming my variables, like "thatTalonThere", or name a subsystem after a team member and print stuff to mess with the drivers (which is also me and the other programmer)

Actually, if you count some experimental code that I wrote, I was afraid to stand next to the robot after I wrote that.

Yes, actually. We were testing our bot on our 2015 practice field and let's just say our inclines became declines.

Yes. During some attempted demonstration to the drive team of how they could use momentum to make totes lock into place if they haven't been picked up properly I forgot that there was a rock-solid stone wall in front of my path. I bent a few solenoids that I didn't realize and that wound up causing us issues in the future.
