But you might get that speed sustained versus many of these readings are at a burst speed. Like mine ( 384k on sdsl).

The connection that my aparment complex provides.. its a t3 line but its split throughout the complex so we all share a connection

a meager 5093.6 Kbps during exams in a lab at NC State.

3679 Kbps at home.

On Comcast (formerly attbi roadrunner) (cable) using Firefox. I think I need to add a firefox bar to the sig, because if you're in FIRST and using a computer that can support Firefox, you should be running it.

1147 Kbps, but it's faster when I'm not uploading anything. As a data point, I'm not using Firefox and I don't care one way or the other whether you use Firefox. Even Safari 1.0 runs better than Firefox on OS X.

Oh! Check it out. I decided to cancel out of some of my heavier usage programs and try again and got a 654.5 Kbps. Cool.

DSL 354.6 kbps only....is that good or bad...lol

All i know is when i clicked refresh it said 408000 kbps...lol i wish it was that fast
