Team 188 Animation

We're finally done our animation. It's encoded using the divx codec which you can download here, if you don't have it.

Here are the links:
High Quality Animation
Low Quality Animation

Enjoy

Unless I am just really tired I think your animation breaks the 30 sec limit. Good work none the less.

ComBBAT_Albrot 18-03-2002 23:26

Nope, you're just really tired. It's fine, timewise.
I'm a little concerned about using "Keep Hope Alive," though..

I guess I'm just paranoid about the judges because we got disqualified in 1998 because we used the EPCOT ball.
THE EPCOT BALL!
It was ridiculous. I hope for your sake that they don't notice, because otherwise it's a strong and well-rendered animation. The robot articulation is great!

Sunny Thaper: You're either really tired, or you probably didn't notice that the animation doesn't start until 5 seconds in the avi file, so it ends at 35 seconds, which is fine.

ComBBAT_Albrot: Thanks for your concern, but I actually contacted Crystal Method, and got permission from them to use the music. So we should be fine.

Hey i meant to write you earlier, but great animation none the less, looks real, it looks great, and great camera action, only thing i ever noticed wrong was the light of the robot in the first scean with it runing was clear (white) and not red as i would expected it to be, but over all it was GREAT... Good luck...

REALLY NICE!

GOOD JOB!

Sunny Thaper 20-03-2002 19:22

To me it looks like your animation starts 5 seconds in then stops at the 47 second mark then there is black space and then their are credits

Very nice camera motion... the models and textures actually looked very lifelike as well.
