So, what's your day job?
(Fair warning: I searched "job" and found nothing on the first ten pages.)
So, what is your day job? Normally, I'm a college student at USC, which makes me unemployed (unless you count my WUSC time slot as a job, which it would be pretty easy to argue). But on breaks, I am a cashier at Piggly Wiggly, a grocery store that seems to have taken root in the southern and eastern US as far as I can tell. I also tell bad jokes, too. |

Re: So, what's your day job?
I work for one of the largest injection molding equipment suppliers. I'm essentially an assembler. I build robots, conveyors, shuttles, tooling ect. for plastic material and part handling. On occasion I have to travel for service and trade shows.
We don't make the actual parts but rather the equipment to handle it. We can supply everything except the molding machine. I have personally built tooling for the interior door handles of the PT Cruiser, the grille for the Chevy Avalanche, and the Columbo yogurt lids with the spoon in them. |
Re: So, what's your day job?
ABP'd!
I ended up talking myself into a "Marketing Research Intern" position over the summer at BEE and then also talking Babson into giving me class credit for it, but over the school year I am back to my "Operations and Marketing Assistant" position. When I'm not scheduled there I work for a group of professors that are affiliated with BEE doing research on the e-commerce industry. So yeah, I work, a lot. |

I work for a large homeowners association, and my official title is "Covenants Counselor". I inspect houses for design and maintenance violations, help clusters develop and maintain their standards, and I help individual homeowners with their applications for the Design Review Board. I manage 33 clusters (townhouse communities) which ends up being over 2,100 homes.
See, I told you all that I'm an Evil Overlord. Heidi |

I am a full-time student at Pennsylvania College of Technology. While I am at home I am a service tech at Elden Street Tire and Service Center. I may be a service manager this coming summer. So I will deal with the customers and other techs instead of working on the cars.

Currently I have a paid internship at PrISMedical Corporation, and I'm trying to get a job at Starbucks. I've already been hired but I have to do this training that's out of town, and I don't have a car, and my parents are always busy. =( But hopefully I'll get that off the ground soon...
As much as I dislike coffee, I think working at Starbucks will be really cool. The one I applied to is like the 3rd busiest in NorCal... |
