Driver IRQL

I keep getting my pc shut down with a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL or something similar error.
found nothing with google.
I heard it something to do with soundcard being next to video card but they are irq11 and 05 respectively...
any ideas?
