Error w/ FRC code

I tried to open the default code FrcCode.mcp and got an error that said "Unable to load the project because the projects format has changed" Does any one know how to fix it or what it means?

Almost certainly a problem where the project was created in one version of MPLAB and you are using another version (typically older).

Have you downloaded the latest and greatest MPLAB software?
