2005 code and IDE compatability?

It seems trying to load the default project for 2005 ( FrcCode.mcp) into Microchip's v6.30 results in a "Unable to load project because the project file format has changed" error.

Is there a new IDE for 2005. ??

I'll keep looking into this and may repost the answer if I find it. Of course you can just create a new project and just set the paths/includes etc...

Microchip has a new IDE on their website. Click here to go to the download page for MPLAB v7.00.

You should also have gotten the new version of CBOT compiler on your Kit of Parts... look into the white box with all the electronics including the robot controller.
