2D Extrusions on AutoCAD
How does one extrude 2D figures on AutoCAD? I'm very new at this.

follow instructions you want to JOIN- then when you have a complete 2d Figure EXTRUDE- Select the object and say how much you want to extrude it. Say 10" |

The path option is a great feature of autocad. You can do ment tubes or wire type things by drawing out a spline as a path. Also, Make sure that when you extrude that the UCS XY plane is parrallel to the closed poly that you are extruding
