Teta movement & determining lines

If the aluminum large tetras are moveable then how are lines determined for scoring. The Rules suggest that the outer tetras are moviable but the center is velcroed down

Here's another thread about it.

The consensus seems to be that they'll all be secured down, or that negates the concept of having rows.

Unless FIRST changes the field between Kickoff and the regionals, EVERYTHING on that field is held down with more velcro than I care to remember. Vision targets, goals, the center goal, the whole schimaymay.

(Advice to any ladies wanting to do field disassembly: save the manicure for after the regional.)
