MasterCam Software???

Does anyone know where I can locate the MasterCam software? Is anyone willing to share it?... Or if you have other software that will work like MasterCam for a CNC machine...

Umm, MasterCAM is a very expensive program... you cannot legally share it.

As far as I know, all CAM packages are going to cost you a pretty penny.

You could always write the G code by hand :ahh:

Ok, Well....... Where can I buy this software?... I looked at their website and they send you to a reseller but they are of no help... And your crazy if you think im writing somthing complicated by hand he he....

MasterCAM is a program used to convert the information inside a CAD drawing into code that a CNC machine tool can read to produce the part. I think you've confused it with a camera :)

Most software programs are purchased with the understanding that it is to be used on one computer only unless additional licenses are purchased, and not meant to be shared.

Perhaps it would be eaiser to help you if we knew what it was you wished to do with the MasterCam software....

They also sell Educational versions, look up to find a dealer and see what they might be able to do for you. Also what do you need the G-Codes for?

Okay Master cam is really expensive and you can't share it. Each copy comes with a hasp needed on the computer in order for use. it is a type of serial code. Any questions please ask I do alot of machining for my team and cam is my favorite. especially with Mastercam .

Well I believe in an earlier post someone said Master Cam is one of their sponsors... Our team is extremely low on funds. I was wondering who i would speak with there to get sponsored from Master Cam.
