Awesome College Class Recommendation
 

I'll be taking Spanish (not sure which level yet) at Purdue University next year, but I also need one more spot filled on my schedule to fill, and I don't see the need to go straight back to school for one hour.

Therefore, I'm looking for recommendations on awesome 1 semester courses that you guys may have taken. Purdue may not have it, but they may have something similar. The subject matter doesn't really matter, I have plenty of interests, but keep in mind I'm a nondegree seeking student.

So have at me! So far I've come up with Philosophy and Entomology (Bugs).

I took Social Psych last term here. It was very interesting and the prof related it to a lot of real world and current situations.

I have loved my music classes. I don't have the time to study theory like I did for so many years prior to college, but I needed to have a way to keep music in my life. So far I have taken World Music, Rock Music History, and Jazz.
