Learning Photoshop
 
Im starting to learn photoshop on my own. I was wondering how i import a picture into photo shop from the internet. I try and save a picture from the internet but when i right click it does nothing and highlighting it and CTRL+s doesnt do any thing..? :confused:

After you save your picture, go to Photoshop. GO to File > Open. Go to the directory your picture is in, and open it. Alternatively, I believe you can right-click on a picture on the internet, select "copy." Go to photoshop, and select "new." I believe Photoshop should adjust dimensions for pictures on the clipboard, therefore, you can select "ok."

You can always copy the image, open a new file (Photoshop automagically sizes the canvas to the size of the copied image), and paste it in.

OR if all the above doesn't work use print screen!!

all you have to do is have the internet exploer open with the picture, press print screen then go to photo shop and press ctrl+v...
