What is "in"?
Our team was very interested in this topic, and have been debating it since kickoff. What is considered "in" in the loading zone? Some think its the chasiss overhanging, or the arm overhanging, or a wheel touching. We have looked high and low, but still cannot find anything to do with this topic.
