Well the reason that they feel the need to get rid of the small businesses is because even though all seperate they have only a few million income, together they are worth more than Walmart. So they want to make sure they get their business too, so they can be more than twice as powerful

Exactly. Despite anti-trust laws, they want to eliminate competition, not be nice to them.
