Colors
 
What are the actual colors used because we are trying to calibrate it with colored sheets of paper and the red shows up fine, but the yellow shows up as white and the green shows up as blue

You should use actual painted targets 11 feet away from the camera and the camera lens 36 inches high - I imagine paper wouldn't work correctly.

When yellow shows up as white, my first inclination is that the camera is not white balanced. You need to turn it on in the GUI when calibrating.
