Cost Tally

We are now planing on using some of the Aluminum stock from last years KOP, do we have to account for that in the total cost (ie the $3500). I think we do but am not sure.

You do. Account for it using any fair market price that you can find. (This is assuming that none of the same material came in this year's kit--which I believe is correct.) You can prorate for length, since it is typically sold by the foot.
