I came home today covered and itching "merely" from aluminum powder that impregnated itself into my skin.... I'd imagine that it's infinitely worse with fiberglass frames (I've worked with fiberglass, it can be nasty stuff). Do you have problems with this? Do you have to wear dust masks all the time (I love how FG dust NEVER settles, and it's REALLY bad to breathe)? If not, it sounds like an interesting idea for the future.

Yea fiberglass is really bad to get on or in your skin, That chassis looks really good though, I like the wheels.

One of the ways I have found how to get fiberglass out from the skin is to use the amazing duck tape. If you cant get it out with the tape u can at least keep it over the spot so you cant Itch it into the skin anymore. :)

Yay this is my 365th post, hehehe its cool to me to post my team number.... sorry.

One thing is sure, you certainly won't be lacking in the traction department.

Yes we wear masks and we have a shop vac running when ever any cut is being made. The fiberglass is itchy, Duct Tape works good at getting most of it off. washing hands and using a towel helps too! You just get used to the itching after awhile.

The ease of using the fiberglass more than makes up for it, especially if you have to make somthing during competition.

Are you trying to have your robot look like the new batmobile. That is a movie of the batmobile for the upcoming "Batman Begins" movie.
