SMC Double Solenoid Screw

While assembling the smc double solenoids I broke 2 of the screws that attach the electrical connectors to the main valve body. Does anyone know what size these screws are and/or where they can be ordered?

**EDIT, after some ghetto measuring, I found them to be 0-80 - 1/2" long. Can anyone verify this?
