Wiring Banner Sensors

sorry pressed for time. until now i have not been able to find a schmatic to wire banner sensors, 3 of them. actually i did, but it had us connect it to a serial cable...which we have no where to plug it into... i thought that banner sensors were to be connected to the digital inputs. any help would be appreciated thanks
