97's water trick
 
A neat little consequence of our arm rotation-rate limiting gyro code:

Thats really cool! We've tried similar things with potentiometers but they've never worked even close to that well.

Sweet! i wouldnt have the guts to fill a cup with water and hang it over our bot :yikes:

Very cool, Where is the gyro at? Could be a cool trick to show to the judges!

Haha yea maybe swinging around a cup of water a few feet above our electronics is not a very good idea...

It's mounted to the side of the arm not in view, about 1' down from the pivot.
