Bethel Camp for the Arts, www.maineartscamp.com, is located on the
campus of Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. We offer an overnight
camp for boys and girls ages 8-14. The camp is non-competitive and
geared to fine/performing arts, enrichment/technology, and
individual/lifetime sports. Staff live with the campers in
dormitories. We are looking for a college student looking for
experience working with children (great for future teachers!). The
job includes teaching robotics and possibly web design and rocketry.
The main responsibility will be the care of the campers. Staff
arrive on June 21 and leave on July 24. The salary is $1800 for the
month, which includes room and board.
