lame pickup lines are funny but sometimes they work because people remember them because often they're so funny.

something i found amusing

1.) Male: Haven't I seen you some place before?
Female: Yes, that's why I don't go there anymore.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.) Male: Is this seat empty?
Female: Yes, and mine will be if you sit down.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.) Male: Your place or mine?
Female: Both. You go to yours and I'll go mine.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.) Male: So, what do you do for a living.
Female: I'm a female impersonator.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.) Male: Hey baby, what's your sign?
Female: DO NOT ENTER.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.) Male: How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Female: Unfertilized.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.) Male: Your body's like a temple.
Female: Sorry, there are no services today.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.) Male: I would go to the end of the world for you.
Female: But would you please stay there?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9.) Male: If I saw you naked, I'd die happy.
Female: If I saw you naked, I'd die laughing.

i find the worst pickup is

"hey, i lost my #, may i have urs?"

It's so pathetic, and embarressing (sp?)

sorry for the bad spelling and such, can see straight right now

It's okay, your a webmaster, you're not supposed to be able to spell ;) ...Its part of our lives to be flamed for that blatant (sp?) misspelling on the front page of the site...

lol, thanks. I knew my site-building skillz would pay off someday (plus, I've been typing all day for the robocards site, so I'm kinda busting my fingers here)

I don't know, but pretty much everyone in the south (Louisiana) still shakes hands when meeting someone new. Hmm. It must be that southern manners thing. We're quite the odd birds in the south...

Yeah...but then it drops off at south florida. I guess we're so south that we've looped around to create our own manners... I dont think I've ever shaken hands with someone my own age...

yelly 15-02-2003 21:38

Now that you mention it.. I don't ever remember people shaking hands in Florida... until a couple of years ago I lived in Davie, Fl. Florida is its own entity... I suppose it doesn't count as a part of the south

Raven_Writer 15-02-2003 21:41

no one does here. we do the famous "hi, sup?"

Harrison 16-02-2003 00:15

Up here in the north, people definitely shake hands still......but, in the last little while ive been getting/giving a lot more hugs than hand-shakes....

Firewolf 16-02-2003 08:47

well, this one you KNOW a smartypants used
a kid in my school, when there was some trip said to a girl

"so, what's your GPA?"
needless to say, she walked away really fast,
i believe his fallow up line was
"What did you get on your SATs"

actually, the guy really doesn't try,
and I don't think he likes girls that much to even
try to be decent...
