haha, the infamous lei-ings. Yeah, one of my friends (female) got lei-ed by another one of her friends (female) at a SECME engineering field trip...It was really funny to come back to school and after she told them she got lei-ed by so and so. Everyone was quite confused (especially being she followed the comments by simply walking away and not explaing much else..heh)

Yeah, the south stops at Atlanta basically, (some consider north FLA to be in the south, but i disagree).

Our "manners" include cutting you off on the highway, or even small roads, running you over if you decide to cross the street, even if you had the right of way, running red lights, turning left from the right hand lane, cursing at you in spanish or creole (sp), and genereally not having respect for you in any way shape or form ;)

Hehe. I definitely remember these things from when I lived near Ft. Lauderdale. Certainly not like Louisiana, where all elementary and middle schools force kids to say ma'am and sir, and people could permanently be labeled as unforgivably rude for not holding a door for someone, and you can't walk down a street without someone you know pulling over and asking "Honey, do you need a ride?" goodness, i just realized how off-topic I am. I'll shutup.

You may think you're off topic but a friend of mine said he did that. He got slapped for calling the girl honey but that's irrelevant to the fact it didn't work!
