Announcing the UTC Fantasy FIRST competition. Get the spots while dey hot. Following the simple guidelines set up by me in the NJ FANTASY FIRST thread or we can use the other ones set up previously, you decide.

12-2nd and 3rd seed
6-4th through 8th
3-9th through 12th
1-12th through 16th
(Seeding before selections)
4-Quarterfinalists
14-Semifinalists
24-Finalists
42-Winners
24-Chairmans
8-Woodie Flowers

2-for every non-placement award, except previously mentioned

I also think i have another good idea. One of the teams you pick in the third or fourth round will have a special multiplier. For every point they score, you will get double the amount(If in negatives-it will not count against you). It will be your choice during the draft, if you fail to say which one youd like, I will decide. Give me some feedback.

Is there any way to bump the draft back a few days? This will give us more time to research and make up a good list.

My week is kind of packed until next friday or we can have two drafts going at once, but that might be too hectic for me. But a few people might not have internet access, being that they may be at a Regional.

Well instead, lets just start now, and if the person(s) picking think they have an informed idea already, they can take their pick. However, if you do not know by Wednesday night at 7, we will start the final draft.

Oooo, 1st pick, 22nd, and 24th. Decisions, decisions, do you pick the shocker that no one expects first, or wait and hope it makes it to the 22nd.... such strategy. I have a preliminary list, but I'm gonna continue scouting for a few more days to get a better idea of who might win. Good luck to everyone involved, let the games begin!

How about 10 points for Rookie All-Star?
Also, the Woodie Flowers award isn't as team-based as the others. I don't think it should be included.

Well now i realized it kind of makes sense to push it back to next Sunday, we would still have time for trading and all. So official date will now be next Sunday, giving everyone more time to prepare and more people a chance to be there.

Let me make sure I understand how this is working. I send in a list that ranks all the teams in order of how much I want them. Then, when it comes my turn, you will select the highest on that list that isn't already chosen. Is this correct?

I already have most of my list done, gotta do some last second scouting at some other regionals though ;)

Well, you send me in a list of teams, if you dont think you will be able to make it in the draft. If you will be able to make it, you dont have to, but just in case you forget, it is best to.

Those standings aren't right. At the end of friday, we had 3 losses, but there are only 2 there. Luckily we wrote down the top 12 teams, they were:
