I know the game changes each year but do you think there should be a standard hand single for first refs like football. that way we all know when the ref think we are pinning and we shouls back off.

they have the flags they can throw, each year there are different penalties that a team can get, some of the only ones that can continue from year to year are, blocking, and entanglement. There are others but I cant list all of them off the top of my head now, I just woke up in class,. I think that would be a good idea for some of the major infractions.

for a pin count, we do the "chop" ten times , each "chop" stands for about a second. the chop is a hand signal when we move our hand up and down like how they do it in boxing
