What ever happened to that steak dinner Dave promised to the team that could get a score higher than what was it umm 112? or something. If I'm not mistaken 2 matches after that promise the challenge was met.

At the beginning of the Friday awards ceremony, it was announced that the alliance would receive exactly "a steak dinner", as promised. How they split it would be up to them.

A team in the 120-0 win was 1027 (we were in it on the losing end but I am not mad because of GP and the fact that they did so well was just so cool). So during Fridays award ceremony he reminded the alliance it was one steak dinner and how the alliance chooses to divide it is their option. So 1027 get's a part of a steak dinner and 2 dozens KK's.

Yeah we were also on the losing end of that match.

Teams 173, 1027, and 53 scored 121 points today in semifinal play, but not more than that.

Yeah us here on team 1027 are really happy

We got the two high scores (120 with team 1507 and 225) and (121 with team 173 and team 53), which does mean that "steak dinner" and the 2 boxes of Krispie Kremes from Dave.

To add to it out alliance of us, RAGE, and Area 53 won the Chesapeake Regional without losing in the Elimination Playoffs.

But what is up with this high score in Hammond, where is that? Can anyone verify???

1027, 173, and 53 absolutly destroyed us in the semi finals... I gotta admit we just got beat by a much better alliance... We figured we had a good alliance but obviously not as good as future national champions... Those teams were amazing to watch through out the day...

good luck...

"Hammond" is four time national champion Team 71 in Hammond, Indiana. They played at, and won the Boilermaker Regional this weekend with 1024 and 269. I can't verify the 132 score, though.

ok team 71 has won it enough... STOP!!! hahaha... That's awesome though... I knew two of the times they won it... They always have an amazing robot... They are always the team to beat... I wish we could be as good as them... hmmm... Well have to find out what their secret is... :0)

134 points though... That's a lot... I had trouble believing when we got beat 121 to like 11... THough it was like 3 on 1...

At the Detroit Regional, during the first elimination match, 217, 245, and 301 got 121, which the announcer said was the second highest score in the nation. However, I am unsure if he meant overall or just in elims.

Yes, 100 was the highest score at NJ, it was the 2nd part of the first quarter final match. We were at the receiving end. The final score was 100-9, without penalties. Our alliance was no match for 56, 237, 303. 1403 Tried, but 9 points was all we could muster. We did break up a triple play, dropping the other alliance from 120 to 100.

We too were on the recieving end in that match. We were overpowered but it was quite a match to watch. And breaking up that triple play just before the end that would have given them every triple play was amazing.

Yeah, they won 121 to 10. They "controlled" all of the goals at the end of the match. The announcer said that 121 was the second highest score, the all-time being 142, which I assume was overall.
