Problem Downloading from Streamline
 

I am getting an error message when I try to download Inventor zip archives from the Streamline server:

The version you are trying to access is unavailable; it may have been corrupted... (etc.)

The download does not go, though several days ago I was able to download one of these files without any problems.

Can anyone confirm this? I sent Kelly Stanphill an email about it, but if anyone else finds this problem it would be a good idea to let Kelly know. I doubt that I'm the only one who wants to be sure the files we upload can be opened okay.

I havent tried downloading stuff from streamline, but many teams had problems with their 3d animations. FIRST sent them email saying their file was corrupt (like ours) and told them to re upload the file and bring a DVD of it to the regional. I suspect that the problem you are having with streamline is the same problem that FIRST was having with the animations from streamline. It being recoverable is doubious at best. Hopefully they will get streamline fixed, but I hope you had another backup.

A little more info:

The problem is intermittent with the Streamline 6 application, but hasn't appeared so far using https (Safari browser).
