2005 Hofstra Regional Site Rules?
 

In the site rules, I'm told that we're 'not allowed to arrange for internet connection or free phone lines to do the same'.

Does anyone know if using the internet on a computer through a GPRS (cellular) card is in violation of this statement? Our robot's dashboard uses the internet to broadcast our stats to the team members who couldn't make it to the competition.

I felt that this rule was mainly so that we wouldn't join onto Hofstra's WLAN/telephone services; I'm not sure if this incorporates using GPRS.
