Being able to just sit and watch the finals was just great. The competition was intense, and just awesome to watch. It was so exciting that I forgot to take pictures! Congratulations to all the winners, we'll see you in Atlanta too!

Our robot broke three times, was resurrected three times, and left in better condition than when it came.

Thanks to the teams who helped, too bad I don't know all who helped. I do remember though that 514 gave us an aluminum rod since I ran around frantically trying to find one *pant*... Too bad it broke later on, and we had it replaced by an interesting steel setup.

Wow, Rookie All-Star. I'm speechless.

The mascots were entertaining... I'll get pictures up soon. Sorry I couldn't catch them all...

That's right, our mascot is coming with us to ATLANTA!!! Anthony Gaita makes one heck of a bear.

BTW- while cleaning up on Saturday evening, I found a L.I. Regional Winner's Banner!

Would the winner of the LI Regional that is missing their banner please contact the L.I. Regional Director for its save return. I believe it belongs to 527. :)

Are you supposed to get 1 or 2? I know we have 1. If you haven't noticed yet, we have never won a single award in our 4 year history with FIRST, so we just asumed that you get one banner. :p We didn't even know you get 2 trophies, when I went to give it to our mentors, we saw them holding 1 too and we thought we stole another teams. =P

I'm almost positive we have both our banners (as in champion banner and chairman's) but I'll have to check.
