Introducing GoogleGulp
Google, definately has a sense of humor. I've noticed several things that seem very much like a good old fashion april fools joke on their site. Including this one which is way to good to be true:

Not sure if it is an April fools joke, but on gmail it seems that the mailbox limit is actively increasing, my mailbox isn't full so I can't test it out, but it shows a number for the max size, and if you refresh it a few seconds later it increases, also on the intro page it is increasing without refreshing it... |

If you go on the main site, it looks like the storage is increasing steadaly, so by midnight tonight we'll have....
2 gigs of space! :ahh: |
Re: Introducing GoogleGulp
AH! I just noticed they added rich-text formatting to gmail, too! I can't wait to make bulleted lists and italicize and justify!
Oh, happy day! |
Re: Introducing GoogleGulp
Hey...cool trick I just discovered.
Set your system clock ahead a few hours. Your storage increases :D When set 24 Hour in Advance from now: The gift that keeps on giving. Over 2000 megabytes of storage (and counting) for every user. |
Re: Introducing GoogleGulp

Re: Introducing GoogleGulp
Uhh, I honestly think that the 2 GB will stay. Storage is fairly cheap these days *and prices continue to drop*. Yahoo also supposively released 1 GB storage. But honestly, who would use 2 GB of storage? I think the 2 GB is here to stay.
