I've skipped around in my four years of FIRST... and next year will be starting the chaos all over again. In Atlanta, you can find me either in a volunteer shirt, or in a 71 shirt. Or maybe, to make it harder on everyone, I'll wear Slash Kamen's 'hairpiece', some sunglasses, and the Limited Edition Autographed Lavery Hawaiian Shirt that was my birthday present last year. :)

Adrienne is definitely right on this one, Ken Patton is way cooler than John. So replace all of those JVN's on your lists with Ken Patton (65 mentor). Much cooler, much MUCH cooler than John. Johns coolness falls below that of me, and trust me, I'm not that cool. ;)

I have to agree, especially after this...

Last summer, at the IRI, I had these drawings for a new 2 speed gearbox that I had designed. I had worked on it for like almost 2 hours, so it was really awesome and stuff. Anyway, I laid the plans down to go do some real important IRI stuff, and when I came back they were gone. So I figured, Baker took them and was going to put that AndyMark logo on 'em or something. But Whoa - was I surprised, when I see pictures of 229's robot on CD and MY gearboxes are on there - and JVN is telling everyone that he designed them!

Now, to top it all off, we may end up next to him in the pits in Atlanta! I'm not sure how to deal with this. :)

Whoa! Someone actually wants to meet me? I've always felt sorry for the poor people I've chased down to meet at events :p.

It's too bad people won't get to meet Travis, Kirk, Justin, or Kevin from 968 at Nationals this year. We're all missing out not having them, and many others, attend The Championship solely due to the fact that they couldn't find the necessary cash to pay for the registration fee.

I'm going to be REALLY busy this year, so to increase the amount of people who a I meet, I'm hosting a new challenge. The first TWO people who I have never met before that come to me will receive a retired, limited edition rubber Sparky 384 key chain. They are a blue circle of rubbery plastic about 2 inches in diameter, with the sparky logo smack dab in the middle with out team name and school. Just find me in the pits/stands/anywhere and I'll give you a key chain!
