Evil! Pure evil!

...But if you pick your dates well, then this shouldn't be a problem, now should it? =)

BTW, I do hold doors just out of courtesy for people - date or not...I think it's just one of those manners things that EVERYONE should pay attention too.

Ever notice how many rude people are around? Just go to a mall and everyone has an attitude or something...

The best answer is you go together, or you let the guy go first if its a manual and they start pushing it around. Its complecated though. You could ask your date you know.....

This sort of thing be graphed and calculated for all possibilities, where is the manual? Equation? :D How about a elevator door, do you push the button or give the honor over to the other person?

Not evil, I think. I think it would be...amusing(;)), perhaps...

At least then you'd know who the "nice guys" are:p ! (or maybe its just me, I'd probably be the one holding the door open... ;))

RebAl 18-04-2002 18:01

Oh, and how about this one, You hold the door open and people just keep coming some even running to the door so they wont have to open it, when is enough enough and you should close it??

Does it really matter that much? Most girls could care less about the elevator door.

you mean... girls don't get pleasure from pressing random buttons that then light up?

sometimes we do...
but we aren't going to think any less of a guy if he presses the elevator button before we do, at least that is what I think.

The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.

remember, its just a joke

Whoa there! He in no manner represents me or my beliefs on this matter!

Perseus 18-04-2002 21:06

whoa there!!

give me a break. You guys need to relax. i was just searching the web and saw the quote. I thought it was kind of funny and since it was kinda related to this thrad i posted it for the enjoyment of others

it in "no way represents my manner or beliefs" THats why i said it was a joke: something not to be taken seriously....

if it did offend you, sorry, it wasnt intended to. So, yearbook, i apologize if you got mad at me for the joke

Melissa Nute 18-04-2002 21:19

Re: whoa there!!

I wasn't mad at you. I thought I had put a laughing smilie after my post, but I guess I didn't. I hope most guys wouldn't think that, though some do.

I understand it was a joke, so I have my own weird sense of humor to respond to such jokes.
