384 Championship Coverage

As with VCU, we will be covering the Championship semi-live in Atlanta this year! We will take photos, video, and other bits of info, upload it to sparky384.com, and link it. We will also try to provide updated stats and scores, along with other info and comments too. I'm going to be talking to our webmaster about getting the page up sometime next Tuesday for everyone to check out and test.

I also will be blogging the Champs this year at team384.blogspot.com. Unlike the 384 converge, this will be more personal and more anecdotal rather than solid facts and stats.

Thanks guys, hope to see everyone at Championship!

Good stuff! Myself and the other co-webmaster have also been doing live coverage from our team's website (http://www.sabrerobotics.com) at the regionals due to wireless access. Would you happen to know if there is wireless access within the dome?

If there is, and since we are in different divisions, I'll be happy to point our "viewers" to sparky384.com to see what's going on at the Galileo field. I'm sure that'll keep my parents even more glued to the computer next week :).

There is and there isn't. Last year I got some (the famous WF winner post) and sometimes I didn't, so it depends. I know we'll get it at our hotel in the Omni. We will point to you for up-to-date info on Newton! If you want, mabey your webmaster can hang with us and share our internet for updates. :)

Also, for any teams out there on the Arch or Curie fields, if you are going to be doing live updates from Atlanta, post here so sparky384.com can link to you guys as covering other divisions! Thanks!

Re: 384 Championship Coverage

Although I dont anticipate 116 being able to realistically help with any form of Arch coverage, if we can find someone on our team to record scores, pictures, and comments somehow (s)he might be able to feed them to you. I dont really see this happening though, but if I can find someone who is willing Ill let you know.

We tried seeting up a wireless system there last year for our cyber center but the Ga Dome asked us to pay $500 or so for them to provide the wirelss because they didn't allow us to.
