Gauging Interestest for a Team Social

I am trying to get a rough estimate for how many people would be interested in attending a team social/robotics party at the University of Connecticut in the fall around September or October.

I envision the following at a ballroom at UConn for maybe $20 or less a head (really not sure of cost yet):

DJ
Dancing
Live Band(s)
Snack Food
Drinks

Would team members post an estimate of how many people from their team would be interested in attending?

How is the projected price?

Any suggestions?

I would be more than happy to fly out to visit when I go to visit some of the Eastern universities like Yale and such.

Please give lots of advanced notice on the weekend. I know Ford Sweet Repeat in Michigan is in October, but I don't know how many events are in september...;) it could be on my bday.

I'd come.
