I don't think it makes any sense to cut the times in half, because somebody who saw the times yesterday might miss all the picks because they waited until that time.

Understood.
I had decided to cut the time in half because the last round is usually when people just fill in the last part of their roster and there have been alot of people who have been basically blowing the draft off so I wanted to get this done sooner.
