Championship Fantasy FIRST Invite League
In order to pay back some of the high contributors to the leagues this year or in the past, i have taken the honor of starting this Invitational League.
4 more invites are outstanding as of now. But in order to have time for everyone to be able to pick, I decided to start this now. We will do four rounds of selections. If any of the five remaining invitees decide to sign up, they will be added on after my pick and the draft will be altered for them. If we finish the first round before any of them reply, we will close the league and continue drafting with the players on hand. Round One. 1. Cory 2. Koko Ed 3. T. Hoffman 4. Josh May 5. New rule. If the person is not on line for an hour after the previous person picked, the next person can pick, however if the other person comes back, they can slide right back into the draft and take a team thats left.

Ok, if they arent on before One O'Elgin, then we will complete the second round. If they are not on before the end of the second round, then we can keep skipping over them. You dont have to wait any time, if they ever catch back onto the thread they can pick any amount of teams(rounds they missed) at any time. So at 1 o'elgin i will pick for myself and alex. I am going to bump the pick time up too, if you arent on 30 minutes after your pick is up, we hop on over you. So if jones is not back by 1:30, billfred's turn.

I just invited one additional player. I was really stupid not to have from the start, i wanted to but forgot. He can take his first rounder now, and then his second rounder after Cory's. I will also offer one of my picks to him instead of the first rounder. So he has the option of one of my picks or the rest of the nation.

ok I'm not trying to influence any one here nor am i trying to brag...but it makes me sad when its the third round and 65, 11, 66, and 245 have not been picked yet.
65: did not do to well at GLR (5-4 not picked)...changed from gripper to skewer at Midwest, caught some bad breaks in the QM, got picked by 383 and 903 (3rd seed alliance) and lost in the finals to 71, 111, 537. also won chairmans at great lakes. 11: they went 5-4 at both new Jersey and palmetto got picked 6 and 8 respectively, lost in the quarter-finals at both, and won chairmans at new Jersey 245: they attended Sacramento, Detroit, and western Michigan. was seeded 4th 1st and 8th respectively, they won Sacramento, they won Detroit and lost in the finals at Midwest. 66: they attended great lakes and western Michigan. they went 7-2 at GLR and 6-4 at western. they were seeded 2 and 13 respectively and they won both regionals. so don't for get to pick these teams here....they will win ya stuff. |

Fantasy FIRST is a game much like fantasy baseball/football where people "draft" teams based on their performance during the season and get points for their performance at the championship. (ie. chairmans award, winning a division, etc.) the sign up for the leagues was a while ago so unfortunately it is too late to join but keep up because we will defiantly be doing it next year. if your team was picked it means people have identified you as a good team and you should be proud of yourself.
