I *really* don't want to see $11.00 for gas!

A short time after FLR this year, one of our team members saw gas prices at:
$2.17
$2.29
$2.37 (maybe wrong bout this one, but definitely sure about the other 2)

all at the same gas station, all those teams, btw, wen to FLR, it was freaky.

My school is taking the California Standardized Testing this week, and on the summative mathematics standards exam, there were 71 questions. Question 60 was the hardest one.

Yes. It's rather funny...I'll be walking down the hall at my school and noting which teams match the numbers. Ex 126 where we host meetings is Gael Force.

716 doesn't come up all that often except in phone numbers and it also happens to be the minimun average you can have (if you're taking 8 classes on a 100 point system) and still make high honor roll at a 90 overall average (it's rounded up).

Also, I see team numbers in the gas prices and area codes.

Ya, I would say this year I seen 322 just about every where before the Regionals. When I was at work I seen a few scores of 322 a few times ( I work for a Laser Storm Arena in Mt. Morris, Mich.). Lets see went to McDonalds a few times and my total was $3.22, I thought that was Strange in a way, I had a order number of 322 at a taco bell, I would really hate to see gas at $3.22. The day we left to go to Atlanta this year, I was at a store in an airport to buy some things, guess what the total was $3.22. :ahh:

Here is something that would be cool to see: someone's actual phone number which combines three FIRST team numbers.

For example: 716-461-1114

and... better yet, have that person be involved in FIRST.

The irony of this absolutely frightened me yesterday. As I was driving my car back from an athletic club, I was travelling down highway 16 (Bomb Squad) when I glanced at my clock to check the time, 2:34 p.m. (Cyber Blue) and as I looked up, I passed exit #179 (Swamp Thing).

And the whole time, I was wearing my Cyber Blue t-shirt!

I was studying for my physics final, and happened to notice that 1 radian = 57.3 degrees

1 (Juggernauts) and 573 (Mech Warriors), both being teams that I've been on :)
