Congrats - Recipients of MOE Personal Recognition Buttons
 

Hi All.

To spread the recognition of all things gracious at this year's Championship Event, MOE 365 team members recognized individuals (mostly) who demonstrated the spirit of FIRST during the event. A full list with the reason for recognition will be posted on our website www.moe365.org shortly. However, we wanted to get these people's names out now.

RAGE took MOE's suggestion and prepared GP buttons also, but we didn't keep track of who received them. To those who got one, we honor you anonymously - keep up the good work!

To Al and others who are not on the above list - we are working on putting the definitive list on our website (probably early next week). One of the problems of tracking all of this is that we did not collect the award recipient information until we returned home (after a 14-hour overnight bus ride). As you can imagine, the weary-eyed, hallucinating MOEsketeers had a hard time identifying which luggage was their's. Finding recognition button packets was almost as difficult as capping a vision tetra on the center goal in autonomous :rolleyes:

I think that your team did get one, for putting up with our team sometimes expanding out of our pit. sorry about that, and thanks for being suck great sports.

Joe Perrotto of 365 handed me one of the MOE recognition buttons for the whole team. I think someone else also gave us one, because we actually ended up with two buttons.

Whoa! Trust me when I say that Ed Healey will be extremely happy to know that he was recognized for his GP. He's a fantastic mentor to our team and we're extremely pleased to have him on board. Thanks yet again to MOE for being excellent people! We <3 you!

Yeah. The instructions to the MOE team were to hand these out to INDIVIDUALS who deserved them. However, some folks couldn't just contain themselves to individual recognition. Maybe they thought that if they "personally" recognized a team, it was okay.

Either way, whether as an individual or a team, there was something you did to deserve it. Congratulations! :)

I received a personal recognition button... I just want to say thanks... Though, I don't feel I did enough to deserve one... OUr team was only up cheering with our robot, and I was stuck scouting most of the time... That just means we're gonna have to be insane during the off season and I'll have to keep up our team spirit once half our team leaves next year (everyone is a senior including myself but I'll be back)... I won't let MOE down...

I am sure that you did deserve to be recognized, team 88 was very spirited every time I had a chance to go to the field. And I am also sure that you wont let MOE down, all you have to do is stay the same as you already are.
