Define practical?

**of course i kno this is a rumor and of course the above statement is meant as a joke...because practical is arbitrary...thanks

???

You mean picking up 20 balls and grabbing a 186 pound goal isn't a practical, every-day task? What planet do you live on? :p

In my town, they are working on getting a grant for a program inspired by first, but engineered for more vocational students. It would involve building a robot that would respond to GPS to cultivate fields and things of the such...it sounds cool to me...

Does that mean it gets all easier and FIRST goes down to a niveau where you only build a robot that mixes your milkshakes etc? That would be sooo boring!

AdamT 23-04-2002 18:21

I want a robot to make me a milkshake......

Sorry, but since I'm leaving for the nats tomorrow, it's too late now to get all the stuff we would need, but remind me next year a week before the nats and we'll build one ant the competition site, i promise...
