Okay my head is officially spinning in circles. It has been done both ways. I think we need an official decision (and I am not going to be the one making it) or vote (the whole FF community).

Kyle also has a shot at winning. After reading the other PARC thread, I found out that his 3 teams made up the finalist alliance.

is this correct koko? i am guessing the max pts is what the teams worth?

Max points is the highest point total they scored for the day.

303 wasn't picked.. or... they were, and were not there or decided not to join. I'm not sure. I know they called them, and then they did not show up.

I could be wrong though, I was kind of "napping" in the stands during that time.

The Corey issue was resolved with Corey getting a replacement team.

BTW In my opinion any FF league henceforth should announce how they will deal with "drop out" teams before they draft.

After tabulating the results kyle (who got all his picks chosen by randomness) is our Victor. Our Runner up is DanielBCR. I don't have the official score but they were the closest to the top and DanielBCR had an 86 (Kyle had 95.5).

In the future, I think it should be revised that the alliance pickers get less points than if they were picked. IE if the first seed picks the third seed, that is 20 points, and the second seed (second alliance captain) gets 12. For example, I had three alliance captains (1, 4, 7) and Kyle had only one (2) and yet he still won.
