FireFox Live Bookmark Button

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the FireFox RSS (is it RSS? Its called Live Bookmark, I just guessed it used RSS feeds) button on the lower right corner of the FireFox window. I've noticed it at sites like anandtech.com, cnn.com, and others. I really don't know what is involved in making it show up, so if it is a royal pain in the butt, I understand if it doesn't happen. It'd just be cool to be able to view all new activity on a RSS link on my toolbar. :)

There isn't a 'New Activity' RSS feed as of yet, but it could be made. I'll toss it on the todo list.
