We have the same team the whole time, I'm the human player. Then the driver and controller stay the same. We changes the adult member occasionally... *shrug* gotta be fair to the teachers... :D

We hold tryouts to determine who is the driver, the button pusher is the secondary driver, and the coach and the human player remain the same.
We call them the filght team. You may have seen them at VCU or sweating like pigs ;) at nats in their flight suits.
