Masterchief would win because he could plasma grenade, rocket, snipe sword or shotgun Boba Fett (That not even counting all the glitches the Chief could use) plus Masterchief could jack Slave 1

Ummm Boba Fett, now before everyone goes what Boba Fett isnt cool,

In the Star Wars, Expanded Universe, during the Jedi Purge, Darth Vader, aquired Fetts skillz (i know its not spelled with a "Z" but fett is awesome, and the "Z" adds flava)
in taking down Jedi, and in Doing so,Fett has aquired quite a few lightsabers, and common sense would tell you that if YOU found a lightsaber, you wouldnt just throw it in your dresser drawer, you'd learn how to use it, so to sum up

Boba Fett killz jedi with his mad skillz
a jedi would most definatly deal with Masterchief rather quickly
therefore, we can conclude that Boba Fett, could kill Masterchief

I agree with Big Mike. Boba Fett would win, both in the nature of his personality and in the weapons he's able to use and the ability he has.

Masterchief just isn't in the same circle...Masterchief is far far below.

well lets not forget that he never uses the light sabers from the jedi's he has killed indicating a preference for the pistol and underlying weaknesses in his swords craft. Not to mention he gets jacked in the back by a blind Han solo. Boba is a great guy and all but i have my doubts. Personally I think it would be a very good fight. My vote lies on masterchief becuase of the fact that he was engineered for war and is a one man army in himself.

why don't you try getting better at reading. I do believe it says masterchief. Masterchief is the star of this little game (i don't know if you have heard about it or not) called Halo( *cough* it only enjoyedthe single best day in entertainment history generating 125 million dollars in one day.More than anything else out there in the entire entertainment history in one day cough*). Anyways masterchief is a spartan. A cyborg that are the pinnacle of the Humans achievement at the time to construct the perfect weapon in battle. Mastercief is the elitest of the spartans, hence the name masterchief. He is also one of the few that are left. Just a little back ground on him. He fought and defeated a whole covenent armada by himself. (covenent is a fanatical religious group m up of several races of aliens that have sworn us to be there enemies because of what lies on earth) While doing this he destroys a super weapon that could destroy all life in the galaxy. That is only in Halo. But inough of a speal on him I could write alot more but I have a sandwich with my name on it calling my name. So yeah overall masterchief is a pimp.

It wouldnt even be close, Fett would crush Chief. Jet pack, wrist rocket, blaster rifle, ect.
Sure Chief has a few cool gizmos, but he can only tote 2 guns at once, Fett's got a gun and a bunch of other wepons, making him far more versatile. Plus Boba is a clone of one of the greatest bounty hunters of all time, Jango Fett, who even gave the great Mace Windu a run for his money.

How could he hope to compete against needlers?

Besides, we all know Cortana would infect Fetts computerized weapons, pop off some snappy lines and figure out a way to let the Master Chief blow stuff up.

dude you want to play like that, alright here we go

As stated in ROTJ (Elgin, thats Return of the Jedi in case you don't know) The sarlacc keeps its victim alive for thousands of years, as it slowly digests it.... the way that is accomplished is the sarlacc actually inserts tubes into your body that pump enzymes into you that keep you alive in the heavily acidic area.

Boba Fett survived, he got angry at the sarlacc and terminated it with extreme prejudice, and in doing so his armor, got destroyed from the acid....

Masterchief being mostly robot, would most likely be swallowed, and destroyed from the acid seeing as the sarlacc would have no way to keep a cybernetic being alive.


and one more thing, in halo, when i was bored, Masterchief always had this urge to just jump off a cliff.... if he were Boba Fett, the rocket pack, would be able to save him... but alas, ussually the Masterchief just falls down and goes <poof>

okay to address earlier comments like i said before got owned a blind Han solo. I haven't seen one instance where masterchief has gotten jacked in the back. Masterchief is alot more aware than him. Also i am sorry if that happens that masterchief jumps off of cliffs for you. Maybe you should get a new controller that doesn't glitch out like that or possibly if that is not the case get better at the game so you don't fall of the cliffs. there is alot of space to not jump of the cliffs :cool: also I am sorry that no other ports have come out for any other consoles or that the pc version of halo sucked but it is just part of Bill gate's master plan to rule the industry. that is why he keeps it soley on xbox then later releases it (nearly 3 years later) to pc. That is also why Bill gates announced the release of Halo 3 on the date of the release of PS3 in his plan to (Foil the launch of sony's next gen console) which may prove to be quite effective. (Halo 2 enjoyed single best day ever in entertainment history generating 125 million dollars in a single day more than any other movie videogame or any other entertainment product) Besides that if you haven't looked at the fall schedule for xbox they are coming out with their next gen console and many other games still for xbox like Half life 2, Star craft and many other ports from the pc side.

Well... I'm not usually a video game addict, but I'm going to have to go with the Masterchief.

In some Star Wars movie (don't remember which one; haven't seen 'em in a while. Maybe ROTJ), Luke and Fett fight. As I recall, [in the end] Fett gets completely owned and has to scurry with his sissy jet pack. ;)

Now, if a one handed guy can get the better of Boba, what about a two handed guy?... Even a jet pack can't escape a stuck plasma grenade.

actually on the barge fight Boba fett was going to kill Luke but took way to long to act and got owned by the nearly blind Han solo at the time (Han solo was nearly blind seeings how he was still had stasis shock from being released from the carbonite). And then because of being hit it caused his jetpack to malfunction and throw him into the side of jabba's barge where he then bounced off and fell into the Zarlaac. The zarlaac after that burped (hehe). Luke did not lose his arm in this battle even though he has a robotic one he still has two arms. The worst that happens to look is that a blaster shot hits the frontside of his robotic arm showing the robotic innerds (which was pretty sweet as well as when they first installed it in The Empire Stikes Back) But like you said nothing can really survive a well thrown plasma.

Masterchief would own Boba Fett. Being a cyborg designed for war, he is physically stronger in any aspect than Boba Fett, and Cortana could easily help him learn how to handle any weapon quickly. If Boba Fett did ever try to use a light saber, Masterchief would still have a trusty Plasma Sword to use, and there's no way a light saber is going to stop a sticky.

In my opinion, Boba would toally own Master Chief. Not to nitpick, but lets look at the facts:

Master Chief can be taken down rather easially with a couple of grenades or some bullets. This leads one to believe that his fancy armor can only protect him up to a relativly low point.

Now, lets say Boba has a blaster. If it is possible to take down a large, charging animal with one shot from a pistol (a la Jango in Attack of the Clones), or to blow away the parts of walls with a single shot (storm troopers in ESB and Han in docking bay 94), then what is to stop Boba's weapon from simply frying MC in one, or two shots?

But, if both of them had the same equipment, (or if at least boba had an assult rifle) then the competion would be much closer. I think it could go either way, depending on the terrain/setting the two were fighing in.

Well, they are clones, but that's beside the point. My reference to Jango was attempting to show the power of Star Wars weapons. I was not referencing his skills, but simply his weapon(s).

Boba Fett by far. I mean yeah the MC has like a cool shield and stuff. But Boba Fett has a jet pack and rocket launcher. And come on...he has laser guns not those outdated projectile weapons.

Besides I don't think the Master Chief has lived through being in the stomach of a sarlacc :p

Indeed you are correct, however, since the weapon in question (a blaster) would belong to Boba Fett, it would seem that he would not have any problem weilding it.

AH! a question i know the answer to

you see Bobba and MC were both at a college party and they were both thinking of playing a prank on one another. there was some super glue at the party in a desk jawrrer so MC took it and placed it all over the inside of bobas helmet. the discarded of the remaining glue in a nearby waste bin and placed Bobba's helmet back on the coat rack. Bobba in a search for ideas saw the discarded half-tube of super glue and had a Bright but sadly unoriginal idea and he placed glue all over MC's helmet. and being such a galactic litterbug he threw the tube out the window this time. towards the end of the party the two anxiously awaited for the other to put their helmet on and subsequently have a good laugh. the two quickly discovered that they were both stuck. and began to fight. however this fight was at a college party at night with two Drunk guys in armor and really cool sunglasses stuck to there faces. the fight was a hilarious sight but barley coordinated enough to do any damage. MC passed out on the front porch and remained there blacked out until morning. Bobba Disoriented, hit his head on the door on the way into his ship started it up and was pulled over almost immediately after taking off and charged with a DUI. when the police asked him to remove his helmet and armor boba could not comply and was then subjected to a massive police breating. on the bright side MACE was ineffective on him. The two have been rivals ever since. a few years later MC found the solvent for the super glue used on him off Locktite.com Bobba fett was not Lucky enough to live on earth where UPS could deliver to him so hid helmet remained.

I don't seem to remember plasma rifles or fuel rod cannons being considered projectile weapons. MC doesn't have to use just human weapons, does he?

nope. in fact there was talk of dual needlers :) and the fuel rod cannon can own anything.
