Re: Class of '06 - Where Are You Applying
I've decided that I am going to stay on the Wash U. waitlist (It is only 18 hours away by car :p ), but now I have to decide between McGill and Brandeis so anyone got any advice?
(I am going into international business) Brandeis I would be hopefully doing a 5 year BM/MBA but there are no gaurentees that one will get into that program during their junior year. McGill I got into their International Business Managment program but switching out of it is not recommended (if i were to switch majors). Once again, any advice would be much appreciated |
Re: Class of '06 - Where Are You Applying
Applied:
Vanderbilt-Accepted with an absurd amount of need based aid. Now I must go see this. I was not planning on getting in here. Syracuse-Accepted, lots of merit, some unmet need. This is where I want to go, and I don't think I will change my mind. University of Delaware-Accepted, haven't heard about aid, was my first choice for a brief moment, but not any more. Penn State-Accepted, no money, not even in loans. Can't possible afford it. Uconn-Accepted, Aid pretty good, too close to home. West Virginia- Accepted, but safety school. University of Vermont-Accepted, but safety school. Duke-Pending, I hope I don't get in so I don't have to worry about it. Summary, I want to go to SU, I don't want to change my mind, I don't want to worry about the ranking of Vanderbilt's engineering department. Congratulations to ever one on their acceptances, on your rejections, well I am sure you will have somewhere else to go. :) |
